This wall clock is handmade from solid mahogany.  The lower section of this clock features a curly mahogany insert.  The clock movement itself is a generous 6 1/4" in diameter. It is an American made quartz movement that runs on one AA battery  (not included).  This is truely a premium movement that has a real glass lens (most are plastic) and a real, solid brass bezel (most are brass colored plastic).
