Returns Policy

Special orders are non-returnable.


Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging and in the case of jewelry, in unworn condition. Please notify us by phone or email before the return. You are responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to R designs. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. Please include your receipt. Insure work for the full value with "tracking". Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive.

Shipping

Your item will be shipped 3-5 business days after full payment is received.

I will typically ship via USPS First Class/Priority, UPS Ground, or Fed Ex. I will not ship to unverified addresses. If the USPS can not verify the address, I will contact you first. If I do not hear back from you, I will cancel the order.

International customers - Please contact us for a shipping quote.

The Buyer is responsible for knowing what items can be legally purchased and imported into their own country. The Buyer is responsible for any additional fees necessary to receive their shipment that may be imposed by customs or their country's postal service.
